I started this blog hoping to exorcise a few thoughts about books that knock around whilst I read. They sit in my head not doing a fat lot and I feel they could be of more use out on the Internet.
There’s no logical sequence to the books I have chosen so far. Some I read at Uni and re-read recently. Others I saw on Amazon. One I read about in a Guardian article (get me!). I hope to peruse books that are more and more recent as time goes by but for now my pocket doesn’t stretch that far unless I want to read less books!
I’ve organised the articles by book mainly for ease of reference. If there is a book you want to see posted / written about on this site please leave a comment here and I’ll get back to you. The review section of my blog is relatively small as most of the books I have read have already been reviewed many times by people far more eloquent and studied than myself. However recently I got in touch with an ebook publisher called The Storyplant and have signed up to netgalley in order to receive their books to review prior to their publication as part of their “Spread the word initiative”. As a result of this I have got in touch with other publishers who also use that site and will be reviewing more upcoming books in the near future.
